Wen has changed the formula, and I don’t care for the new formula. I have very curly hair, and old formula was like a leave in conditioner- it was white and was the consistency of a conditioner. It tamed my cur,s, by adding weight and moisture to my hair. The new formula looks and acts like hair oil. It doesn’t add the weight of the old product, and I’ve stopped using it. I was concerned enough that I actually called Wen and spoke to a rep about the new formula!. She said the formula had not changed, but that’s not my experience. I don’t care for the new formula, it’s ineffective for my hair needs, and I won’t use it. I continue to use the cleanser and am happy w/ it’s performance.

I had purchased this product many times before and loved it. This is NOT the same product. It is now the consistency of the WEN conditioner/cleanser. This used to help hold my fine hair. Either Amazon changed it or WEN has changed the formula. Buy the cleansing product and save money.So disappointed.

The best stuff ever. My hair is so manageable and shiny. Very healthy since I've been using it. I've used WEN products before and they all are the best. I have short styled hair, but I needed this to keep it from looking dry and keeps it from sticking out. Really do like it.

This is a fantastic product. Just moved to Florida with its high humidity and the hair was really unruly, but just a small bit of WEN tamed it down to the point even my husband said "wow, what a great product." I recommend this highly especially to those who live in a high humidity climate. Ginger

Great styling product!

I really like using WEN products. I use the shampoo, the anti-frizz product and another that is spray in moisturizing product that stays in and then one styles with it left in the hair. I think a person has to get used to the shampoo not sudzing, but if you color your hair at all this product keeps the color in sooo much longer, as sudzing shampoo's strip the color out of the hair so much quicker. I love it. And this anti-frizz product keeps my hair calm and soft. I have naturally curly hair and as it gets long it can frizz.

I have thick, long, natural curly hair and have been searching for a product for years that tames my frizz. I decided to buy the Wen conditioning cleaner and anti-frizz serum off of Amazon and try them out, without the 90 day commitment from Wen directly, just in case they didn't work out. But that isn't the case, I am amazed! My curls are more defined and the frizz is down by at least 90%! When I do decide to flatiron my hair, there is no static and it is so smooth. My hair also feels more clean and soft. Based on this I have signed up with Wen directly, so I can get more (like with most hair product, you use less or more depending on your thickness and length) bottles at a better price, and other products offered by Wen that are not on Amazon.
