I use it for oil changes. Better than any plastic bin! I know its for catering, but after my 2nd plastic pan leaked on my driveway, it was time for an upgrade. Hope this helps someone.

I had bought another steamer pan from Amazon, a good brand, but it was very lightweight and dull looking. Nothing wrong with it, it just wasn't 'snazzy'. So, I returned it. But this pan is the cat's meow! It's much heavier, and very, very shiny! I love it! But, its more expensive. Well, as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for!" The best steamer pan I've ever seen, or owned!!!

Easy to clean, sturdy, retains NO odor from one litter change to the next. Only gripe is it's a bit expensive.

This is exactly what I was looking for; making macaroni and cheese for 80 people. It's sturdy and a good price for the quality.

I run a group home for the elderly and disabled whom I cook for often. Until now, I've used a shallow cookie sheet to make my famous ribs and I've made a mess many times by spilling the contained liquid when I pull the pan out of the oven. Keeping the liquid in the pan helps the ribs stay moist and juicy, so it is advantageous not to spill it aside from the resulting mess. I needed a deep, large pan to keep all of the flavor and avoid the spillage. Searching Amazon for this kind of item can be a pain. There are dozens of options of different sizes, build materials, and prices. My oven is only 23" wide and my dishwasher is 22" deep, but a rack of ribs expands to almost that size when cut apart. I use this for boiling sap over an open fire. The good quality made in USA stainless steel makes me feel good about what my syrup is being made in. Many of these type of pans are not as high of quality as this one...also made in Asia somewhere. It can hold close to 5 gallons of sap. Buy two is my advice, so you don’t constantly kill your boil. It’s a little spendy but worth it for what I do. Being used over a fire the outside of it will never clean up the same again as you’d expect but the inside of it cleans up nice and clean with one of those Scotchbrite green scrubber things you use in the kitchen for your pans.

Great! Solid. One minus that I have noticed that is MY fault and not that of the product is that I should have checked the dimensions. It will only fit into the oven if you tilt it up on either side. So if you have a lot of liquids they will tilt towards whichever side you elevate to get it to fit. I have a standard sized oven. Still fits tho.Why am I using this in the oven? After smoking 5 racks of ribs - I want to steam them and spray them several times with apple cider/juice combo. So I take this tray straight from the smoker/grill into the oven and cover it with foil... then I found out it didnt fit perfectly flat on the racks. But its ok - I dont mind having to tilt it 1inch or so to get it to fit.VERY high quality... not some cheap flimsy metal.

I searched for a long time to find a pan suitable for making my 'giant' lasagna. I had been using large, 5-inch deep aluminum foil roasting pans for years, but they were always flimsy and needed to be supported on a cookie sheet - making them a pain to transport to family events. To make matters worse, I couldn't even find decent deep foil pans anywhere locally last year and was forced to make 2 separate lasagnas.
