I like the ease in filling this feeder, and the hummingbirds like it. Unfortunately, the flies like it a lot and get caught in the feeder and die, which looks super gross. I’ll get some bee guards for it to hopefully keep the flies out. I was a bit surprised because this is a feeder recommended by a hummingbird website.

This is the third one of these I have ordered and they are really amazing. No more dripping, super easy to clean and the hummingbirds love them. I’ll never buy a different kind.

Excellent hummingbird feeder. This is well-made, exceptionally easy to clean, easy to fill, and hang. The ant moat works very well and is also easy to fill. You fill both the moat and the syrup sections from the top and then put the red cover on. This makes the feeder easy to fill inside and then carry outside without spilling syrup or water.

I don’t ever write reviews on products bought from Amazon. But I wanted to write one for this. I’ve tried so many hummingbird feeders and this one attracts hummingbirds everyday. I’ve seen more birds since I have this one than ever before! It’s fantastic and it’s so fun to watch them sitting on the perch drinking my home made nectar. By far, the best I’ve ever had!So easy to clean and refill. And we can watch the little birds everyday.Highly recommend this feeder and I’ll buy more for other areas of my yard!

I adored my First Nature hummingbird feeders--until the bees discovered them and took them over. Tried all the things commonly recommended to get rid of the bees: Avoid feeders with the color yellow, use a more diluted 1:5 sugar/water blend, give bees their own nearby feeder with yellow accents and a sweeter 1:3 nectar, move hummingbird feeders to a new location, hang feeders in the shade, replace nectar daily because bees prefer nectar that's been sitting a few days, etc., etc. Nothing worked. UPDATE - OVER ONE YEAR LATER: Gosh, time flies. Weather has been strange in our area, which is on a major migration path for many, many birds. And the migration patterns have adjusted to accommodate the weather differences and fluctuations. So, we've not seen the huge amount of hummers that we have in past years. But I'd like to report that these feeders are still looking good and working well after a solid year of use.
