This stuff works great and the glue paper left behind after you have pulled the wallpaper image paper off! I used this company's scoring tool on the glue paper and then sprayed it with this, waited 5 minutes, and then instead of using their scraper, I used a plastic putty tool. My walls are textured and the combination worked great! After that, I used a sponge to wipe the remnants left behind still on the wall and then just vacuumed up the mess. The mess is the one downsize of taking wallpaper off. The image came off in big strips, but the glue paper came off in tiny pieces all over the place. Nothing a vacuum couldn't take care of. I highly recommend the spray and scoring tool!

This stuff does the job, better than other solutions I've tried. Be sure to score the paper first and give this stuff a little time to work.

This was the best wallpaper remover. Easy to use. Fast. Did my entire room in an afternoon. Spray bottle makes it so easy to apply. No buckets: sponges etc. Just fast / good coverage with spray - let it sit for 5-10 minutes - peel off entire sheets / strips easily. Didn’t leave much residue either. Anytime I need to remove wallpaper - this will be my go to. Highly recommend if you need to remove wallpaper. Only product to do it!

If you’re looking for a solvent that will magically melt away stubborn wallpaper glue and leave you clean paint or drywall underneath, this isn’t it. Not by a long shot.What this product does is soften wallpaper glue, like every other concoction out there - commercial or homemade - that allows you to scrape the outer layers off. Where this product differs is that it softens the glue a bit more quickly. But that’s really about it. For the price, it simply isn’t worth it.The problem is that thin layer of glue that seems to be chemically merged with the paint over which it was placed. There is no way to remove the glue except by sanding, in which no solvent is of benefit.

This was the easiest thing about our DIY bathroom remodel! I was dreading removing an entire wall of 40 yrs old wallpaper fuzz left behind after removing the top layer. It was heavy paper with a strong adhesive which would not scrape or peel any further. I sprayed this stuff on and only waited a few seconds before scraping but it just lifted right off! It worked so well I could just peel off hugh sheets with some light scraping around the corners.It's very good. It definitely has a strong chemical spray cloud but with a fan running it didn't bother me over the afternoon in a small space. I would use it again in a heartbeat. SO easy and satisfying!

I bought a house where the previous owner loved wallpaper. I hate it and couldn't get rid of it. I tried every trick that I found online, every trick my friends raved about, and at least a dozen products. I originally found Chomp at Home Depot and it was cheap, so I gave it a try without any hope it would work. I was so wrong. Just sprayed it on and walked away for about 10 minutes.
