You can now hook up or hang the plate, attach a jute rope, etc. Two sizes are included at 8.7″ (22cm) and 7.1′ (18cm) to fit your needs for different applications. Smaller pots are a part of the team too! You will no longer need to improvise with plates or lids to cook your favorite stuffed dishes. Prepare perfect rolls each and every time with our purpose-built design. Designed to hold down rolls in a pot to prevent them from unraveling, keeping their original form during cooking. Our plates are unglazed and hand burnished. You will not have to worry about having a glazed product heating up near your food, while still enjoying a smooth surface that is pleasant to handle and look at. Vigorously hand burnished, will not chip or shed like most other weighted plates: Your dishes are safe from any unpleasant surprises! Engraved delicately by hand with floral patterns. Not only a tool, but also a piece of art! Will work for any stuffed dishes, including stuffed peppers, cabbages, tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini. Multiple holes to let air bubbles and water escape, keeping your rolls under optimal pressure, so they do not soak up excessive water.
