Funcionará en cualquier tipo de leche animal fresca. Se puede utilizar con leche pasteurizada. Calentar la leche gradualmente a baja temperatura a 95.0 °F (95°F) y luego añadir la solución de cuajo. El cuajo debe disolverse primero en 1.0 fl oz de agua no clorada antes de agregarlo a la leche.
