50 Oregon Lamination Premium brand Luggage Tag size 5 mil hot laminating pouches 2-1/2" x 4-1/4" with standard 1/8" radius rounded corners and clear gloss finish. High gloss finish makes colors pop. Note: These have a slotted hole punched on one of the long sides. We recommend no larger than 1-7/8" x 4" paper in this size hot laminating pouch, which would leave a 1/8" clear laminate border around your sheet and avoid the slot. -Metric specs = 64mm x 108mm and 125 microns thick per flap. Made of PET polyester plastic and heat activated thermal adhesive on both flaps. TIPS: Industry standard specification for 5 mil laminating pouches is 5 mils on each flap for a total of 10 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three. They should be called laminating folders. Note: All laminating pouches are NOT the same, especially in clarity and bonding.
