FIELD CONFIGURABLE: The Sure-Lites CX72SD Self-Powered Emergency Exit Sign has field selectable red and green sign capability with dual voltage input and solid-state voltage limited charger. NFPA 101 compliant knockout chevrons for easy conversion to directional sign. LABOR SAVING and CONVENIENT: The Patented EZ key is an external battery disconnect that allows the product to be shipped with the battery connected internally. This prevents battery drain during the construction cycle to insure that the battery isn’t damaged and is fully charged for inspection. EZ Key also saves the labor of internally connecting the battery after construction is complete. SELF DIAGNOSTICS: Labor saving self-diagnostics will automatically perform NFPA required monthly and yearly tests. The system indicates the status of the exit at all times using the LED indicator near the test switch on the side of the unit. A 90 minute battery power (emergency mode) simulation test will occur randomly once every 12 months. A 30 second battery power simulation test will occur every 30 days. EFIELD TESTABLE: Allows verification of proper operation of the transfer circuit and emergency lamps with a laser pointer (laser is sold as an accessory). The emergency lamps will test for 30 seconds when activated. CODE COMPLIANCE: CX727D Exit Sign is UL 924 Listed, UL Damp Location compliant, meets Life Safety NFPA 101, NEC/OSHA standards, has a 5-year exit warranty, and 7-year pro-rata battery warranty.
