Sand outside areas of the hole to remove uneven edges and debris. Mix gently before use. 2) Remove patch liner. Adhere patch to the wall over the hole, smooth out the mesh with the knife. 3) Apply spackling compound over the patch with putty knife, covering the mesh completely. 4) Once dry, product can be sanded, if desired. Do not apply when temperatures are below 40°F.*Dry time assumes hole 1/2" diameter by 1/8" deep. May vary depending on temperature & humidity.**For outdoor use, coat with exterior paint. Not recommended for continuous water submersion.NOTE: For larger holes, using a patch or backing is recommended.
