Portable Magnetic Paint Stirrer- A specialized tool for paint mixing. It operates via magnetic drive, with a rotor that spins to blend paints effectively. It has a voltage range of 3 - 5V and a current of 2A, spinning at 10000r/min when plugged in. The paint stirrer measures 97×96×28mm and weighs 83±5g. The mixing rotors are Φ2×18mm. Operational Procedures- 1-Pour selected paint into the mixing bottle completely. (should precipitation occur, use a solid stick to scrape out all the contains in paint jar) Use dedicated thinner (with paint jar tightly capped) to shake loose any remaining residue in the paint jar. 2-Pour this thinner into mixing bottle. Repeat if needed, pay attention to recommended diluting ratio of paint. Put one 440c stainless steel rotor into mixing bottle, recap tightly. Put mixing bottle onto marked position of stirrer, switch on to start. Normally it takes 30 - 60 seconds to obtain well stirred paint. (time required vary from paint types and brands) Kind Reminder- This product use magnetic drive to turn the rotor for paint mixing/stirring. For best result, please following the instruction below. The thickness at the bottom of mixing bottle should not exceed 3mm, otherwise the rotor may stall/could not synchronize properly. Use bottles with a relatively flat bottom for steady rotation of rotor, otherwise it may stall or stuck. Mixing jars with 25 - 60mm diameter at bottom are recommended for this device. Use rubber coated rotor instead of stainless steel ones when mixing/stirring liquid containing corrosive substances to avoid corrosion.
