100 Best-Lam hot laminating pouches index file card size 3-1/2 x 5-1/2-inches and 3 mil thick on each flap typically used for 3×5 photos, recipe cards, sale signs, band passes, id cards, price tags and more. 3 mil is the thinnest and clearest standard lamination pouch thickness available and compatible with nearly every thermal pouch laminator on the market. The adhesive becomes clear when heat activated. Quality meets or exceeds all other major brands. FEATURES:High glossy finish brightens colors dramatically Includes at least 1 silicone coated laminating carrier for laminating machines that accept them Rounded Corners for a Safe & Professional Finish Metric size: 90mm x 141mm and 75 microns thick Compatible with all thermal pouch laminators capable of sealing 3 mil thick pouches Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 3-1/4 x 5-1/4-inches (or less) to provide a standard border of laminate around all sides of your sheet.NOTE: Industry standard specification for 3 mil laminating pouches is 3 mil on each flap for a total of 6 mil added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these pouches, yet they are sealed on only one edge instead of three (like a file folder). Note: All laminating pouches are NOT the same, especially in clarity and bonding. Our lamination pouches have not been sitting on the shelf for years, so the adhesive is fresh. This means the adhesive may melt faster than other brands. For those laminators with speed control, these may seal faster. For those laminators with temperature control, these may not require as much heat. Insist on Best-Lam laminating pouches. Accept nothing less.
